The weather is beginning to warm up here in the bay area which is great because a lot of my favorite fruits are coming back in season, like strawberries.
Since the beginning of March I’ve recommitted myself to putting more time and energy into my health. As you guys have been following along 2018 was sort of a year to shift things around and move, literally. It’s taken a little bit more trial and error to create a routine that I feel is stress free, sustainable, and still gives me the freedom and flexibility to enjoy life as I travel, but it needed to be built on self-discipline. A practice that I sort of lost for a bit.
I was so inspired by the lunch we had at the most recent Safeway Blogger Tour at Monterey Bay Aquarium and wanted to make something with one of my favorite seafood, Atlantic Salmon. This dish is so simple and easy to make for a healthy weeknight meal.
Now onto making the yummy meal!
The salmon dish was so easy and simple to make that I quickly whipped up a tasty salad dressing to go with some super greens we had in the fridge.
Serve the dish with a slice of The Rustic Oven Hearty Grains & Seeds, bread that contains no artificial flavors or colors, that’s simple and clean! Now you have a healthy balanced meal filled with wholesome yummy goodness from fresh sustainable seafood, loads of greens, and a carb that’s healthy and filling.
