BBG round 2


OK so I think I figured out my BBG and lifting schedule for the upcoming 12 weeks or so. I'm going to see how this goes for the next two weeks and probably increase my caloric intake to compensate for the additional exercise. For the most part with the BBG I'll incorporate lighter weights or resistance bands and utilize BBG as my "cardio/circuit training" vs strength. 70 days till summer ladies we got this!  #sweatwithBBGbayarea


Day 1 // Heavy Legs & Shoulders + 20 minutes POST cardio (BBG LEGS)

Day 2 - Back, Arms, Abs / Fasted Cardio + (BBG rehab)

DAY 3 // FASTED CARDIO // 40 minutes + (BBG Arms)

Day 4 // Legs and Weighted Plyos / Post Weights Cardio + (NO LISS due to plyos)

Day 5 // HEAVY Back, Arms, Shoulders / Post Weights Cardio + (BBG ABS)

Day 6 // Glutes & Hamstrings (light)

DAY 7 // FULL Rest Day from weights + AM yoga + (BBG rehab)
