Simple Green Juice Recipe

I eat my greens every day, but there are days I prefer to drink it. Each week I prep a simple green juice recipe for the family and me in bulk. It's one of my favorite things because when I'm in a pinch and need to fuel up on some greens or a refreshing drink kombucha or this is my go-to. 

This recipe is really delicious and you only need 5 ingredients to make it (apples, kale, celery, cucumber, and lemon.) The recipe below yields about 3-4 glasses worth which is why I store it in a larger mason jar and have it over the course of 3 days (4 max).


  • 4 stalks of kale
  • 3 stalks of celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 apples

  • about a cup of water 

  • Juice from 1 lemon


  1. Wash all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the fruit.
  3. Put everything in your blender and blend until its liquid. 
  4. Strain the juice if you're wanting more of a liquid texture. I personally love the pulp because I'm getting my dose of fiber too!
